Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so time can be given to provide quality care that isn't rushed, with an ethos that is driven by positive outcomes rather than simply by need. We are thorough with our recruitment process starting with a face to face interview with me. That way I can be certain that we hire the best and only people that I would be happy to look after my Mum! We have very high staff retention levels too which helps with consistency and enables relationships to grow with our Clients.
