Your CareGivers will be personally introduced to you, and given plenty of time to travel to your home. We carefully schedule, to ensure that every care call is a minimum of one hour, so that we can maximise the value of the visit with the aim of improving, not just maintaining, your quality of life. You, your family and your friends can relax knowing that you are in safe hands.
Our approach is resulting in outstanding feedback from our Clients, their families and others in the community; For example, for the 5th year running we are a "Top 20 Most Recommended" Homecare Provider in SE England in 2023 (out of more than 1800 providers), a "5*Star Employer” award-winner in 2019, 20, 21, 22 and 2023 (based on the anonymous feedback from our entire team); and also for the 5th successive year, in an annual, independent & anonymous Client satisfaction survey, 100% of our clients have said they would recommend us to others. Since 2018, our service has been consistently rated 9.9 or 10/10 on the leading homecare directory and 3rd party reviews website (constantly among the top 3 or 4 providers in Berkshire 6 years), and our employees have rated us 5***** on the Indeed jobs platform.
